Mango Mint Drink

Ingredients   Amount
Green mangoes : 8
Water : 4 cups
Dry roasted & Ground Cumin seeds : 1 tsp
Sugar : 4 tbsp
Chopped Mint Leaves : 3 tbsp
Crushed Ice- Cubes : 12
Method of Preparation :
  • Boil mangoes in water.
  • Drain the water and peel the mango skin.
  • Stone and pulp the mango.
  • Add water, sugar, salt, chili, mint and cumin to the pulp.
  • Whisk thoroughly until blended properly.
  • Serve chilled with crushed ice
